BOB SCHRADER
Bob Schrader has enjoyed woodworking for many years.
He began the craft of woodturning after retiring from
Eastman Chemical Company, here in Kingsport.
Bowls and platters are his main interest. He has had the
opportunity of attending John C. Campbell Folk School and
has received instruction from renowned instructors
Alan Lacer and Lane Phillips. Most of the woods Bob uses
are native to the Appalachain Mountains and are from
fallen trees. Bob delights in donating the profits of
his craftmanship to the Kingsport Boys & Girls Club.
